Our classes are designed to help you pause, reflect, and realign with the life you want to be living. Whether you're navigating addiction recovery, a life transition, or simply feeling stuck, these sessions provide space, guidance, and tools to help you move forward. Each class is rooted in a three-part journey:
Uncover where you are and how you got here.
Discover what needs to shift—your habits, language, beliefs, and behaviors.
Recover your sense of direction, purpose, and self—so you can write the next chapter of your story with clarity and intention.
We explore the stories you tell yourself, the words you use (internally and externally), the routines that shape your days, and the patterns that may be holding you back. Using a blend of reflection, group discussion, journaling, and practical exercises, these classes meet you where you are and support your growth from there.
Classes are typically four weeks long (unless noted otherwise) and meet weekly in an interactive, supportive group format.
